Which services are not available outside opening hours?
Our office is not staffed outside of our service hours. This means that the individual FileService, where we adapt a tuning file to your requirements, will not be available to you during this time. In addition, we will not be able to respond to emails or calls during this time.
Which services are not affected by opening hours?
The download server and the WINOLS database are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means that all tuning files that we currently have on offer are available to you at any time.
