If the matching tuning file is already in our database, you can download it immediately. Nonexistent files are processed by us within 20 to 40 minutes and are ready for download shortly afterwards.

Our tuning file server operates around the clock, but we can guarantee that a technician is available for you between 08:00 to 18:00 (Mon-Fri) and between 09:00 - 13:00 (Sat) and no matter what type of tuning-file, it will be available for you in a maximum time of 20 to 60 is minutes.
